Who We Are

We share the same vision and mission with PDK International. An organization’s vision is what it aspires to accomplish and its mission captures the daily work it undertakes to achieve that vision.

Vision: To eliminate the teacher shortage by reimagining educator pathways

Mission: To inspire and grow current and rising educators to become community leaders and advocates for high quality education

PDK International incorporates the following five core values into its work:

Educators Rising affiliates provide additional support and programming for members within their state or region. We are committed to providing affiliates with resources and information to be effective partners, and we work hand-in-hand with our affiliate coordinators to bring quality opportunities to our rising educators.

The states and regions are officially affiliated with Educators Rising. Don’t see your state listed here? No problem. You can still join Educators Rising even if your state doesn’t have a formal affiliate program.
