Registration for the 2024 Educators Rising National Conference is now open!

All students attending the conference will need to be Active-level paid members and will need to submit a signed Personal Conduct Form and a Student/Parent/Guardian Consent and Release from Liability form.

Teacher Leaders and Chaperones will need to submit a signed Chaperone Participation Agreement.

If students who are competing do not register for their competition before registering for the conference, following the steps on the register as a competitor page, they may not be allowed to compete. 

For those attendees who have booked their stay at the Marriott Marquis, Washington, D.C., use the code [MMHOTEL24] to receive the discounted conference registration fee. For those attendees who have booked their stay at the Westin Washington, DC Downtown, use the code [WESTHOTEL24] to receive the discounted conference registration fee. For those attendees who have booked their stays at other Washington D.C. hotels, use the code [DCHOTEL2024] to receive the discounted conference registration fee.

Do not use this code until you have booked your stay with the Marriott Marquis. If any registrant uses the promotional code without booking a room at the official conference hotel, they will be invoiced for the $100 difference in registration fee. Attendance at the 2024 Educators Rising National Conference will not be permitted until all registration fees have been paid in full.

Meal Cards

All meal cards must be purchased by May 15, 2024.

Two lunches are included in the regular conference registration fee. These lunches will be provided on Saturday, June 29, and Monday, July 1. This year we are offering a meal card add-on for those of you would like purchase meals not included in the conference registration fee. The prepaid meal cards are provided through Grubhub and attendees adding this option to the registration fee will receive a Grubhub gift card valued at $100 to be used at any restaurant that works with Grubhub.

Note Gift cards can only be used on Grubhub.com or the app. Meal cards can be used for both delivery and pick-up options.
